I stood in line at least 20 minutes for them to tell me they do not accept QR codes for return labels. They need to make this information clear before customers waste their time.

Stopped by to mail a gift, I didn't want to go to the post office. The lady used a flat rate envelope, I mail pretty often so I was quite shocked when she said it was 17.50 and blamed the weight....
