We have lived here for the 18 months. The staff is responsive to service issues. The maintenance crew is respectful and solves issues promptly. The grounds and pools are consistently well kept....

This place used to be amazing. Now we can't get anything fixed. One of the maintenance men is more focused on being alone in empty apartments with the co manager with loud music and closing the blinds

Central foothills location is convenient to the UofAz , Banner UMC etc. If you can get an apt overlooking the golf course and looking toward the Catalinas . the views are lovely. The apt windows...
