The Gardens Rehab & Care Center is a 120-plus-bed facility that offers services to meet the physical, spiritual and mental needs of patients. It offers physical, occupational, speech and respiratory therapies. The center provides in-house laundry services, as well as maintains a dietary department. Physical Therapy Team is great, but nursing staff, Doctor and administrators are horrible! Nurses aids are over worked. Patient to care giver ratio is ridiculous. Know your rights and advocate...

NO STARS...I only gave them 1 because I have to give them something and I cant give them a negative one. The Gardens is definitely not a place I will EVER send a loved one. again. My MIL was there...

Very nice building. That's all. The care is terrible. If your loved one has dementia they will push to move them to the sister facility rather than trying to work with them. Avoid this place...
