Doctors and PA's are great, but you stand in line to check-in longer than the appointment. A new system for check-in is necessary.

PT was good. Surgeons are a joke. It's all about getting you into their private, doctor-owned, facility on 19th avenue. If there's any kind of delay or request for more information they drop you...
