Private estate with million dollar views. You have to see it to believe it. A perfect place to just sit and relax, or explore the area. Close to Jerome, Clarkdale, Cottonwood, and Sedona. A peaceful mountain top getaway. We have 4 rooms available, 2 king bedrooms, 1 studio apartment and a 2 bedroom suite. They all have the same amazing views. We are less than 10 minutes to downtown Cottonwood, yet you can enjoy viewing the wildlife on the property (deer, coyote, rabbit, havalina, bobcats, etc.).

Softest sheets ever on the king bed in the sunshine suite. Incredible views, the beauty of the birds and scenery. The snake in the frig are amazing, chips cheese creamer variety of soda water...

Everything about this B&B is beyond expectations, the owners are very friendly and available for anything, brought us a blender! Owners stocked the fridge, very clean and comfortable! Well worth it!

The views are great but it is a B&B that you fix your own breakfast. The refrigerator was well stocked with bagels, soft drinks, eggs, etc. but I did not stay at a B&B to fix my own breakfast....
