If I could rate 1/2 star, I would. Do not live/ move here. Roaches. Roaches. Roaches due to bursting pipes in walls. Water shut offs constantly due to flooding. Roaches are inside the walls....

We live at Abby Monroe's for about 3 months now me and my wife at first it was nice and peaceful but I can't see the same now I just won't recommend it for families that have kids not safety...

Not too bad a place to live - Water is shut off at the entire building several times weekly due to leaks - These constant shut offs and create burst pipes and floods
