I just visited the Arizona State Board of Nursing "Imposters" section, where I found Christopher Ian Earle listed. This might explain why some patients are finding it hard to reach him.

I highly recommend Ian Earl as he is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to medication management and mental health/addiction issues. He never makes you feel less then because you need help....
