Tanque Verde Ranch is located on 640 acres of land in the foothills of Rincon Mountains east of Tucson, Ariz. The ranch offers Arizona horseback riding, tennis, guided hiking, mountain biking and nature walks. Arizona horseback riding at all skill levels is the primary feature of the Tanque Verde Ranch, both advanced and beginner riders partake of the beginner to intermediate classes in horsemanship, novice riders can experience the joy of western riding during a horseback riding vacation. The ranch also has more than 70 authentically decorated rooms for lodging. Most rooms include fireplaces and patios. The ranch also has a children s program.
