Tacos Mexicos & Bar, founded by Antonio Moreno in 1975, began as a catering truck serving authentic Mexican tacos made from fresh, family recipes. The success of the food truck led to the opening of the first brick-and-mortar location in Los Angeles in 1977, which remains operational today.
Over the years, Tacos Mexicos has expanded its menu to include a variety of traditional Mexican dishes such as tortas, sopes, quesadillas, and burritos, all prepared with specially marinated meats. Despite the passing of Mr. Moreno in 2009, the restaurant chain continues to thrive across southern California, Nevada, and Arizona, maintaining its commitment to using only the freshest ingredients.
