HistoryHi my name is Tracy Seman, owner IRONWOOD CrossFit. I am CrossFit Level 2 Certified and IFPA Certified Personal Trainer. Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certified CrossFit has given me the mental and physical capability to perform at my highest potential. I have seen first-hand the difference that CrossFit can make. It is with this passion and faith in CrossFit that I decided to open IRONWOOD CrossFit in February, 2013. Since opening our doors, I have coached people of all abilities: from professional baseball players to soccer moms, from the competitive athlete to the average person just looking for a fun and motivating way to stay in shape. I have coached people through pre-existing injuries, helping them get their bodies working as they are supposed to.
