The lady was nice and did help me out the best she could just don't understand why I can't just walk in and have my service turned off my car was totaled in an accident I signed my car up 11 years...

They dont have a tap to pay system which in 2024 is unfortunately a deal breaker for most ppl!!!!!!!!!!!! Tap to pay or apple pay should be mandatory
