For one night stay not bad at all. And we went to hang out at the adult cabaret. Room is perfect! Not bad. They also provide breakfast, soap, shampoo & conditioner. Pic's provided below.

Very shabby, unmaintained. There is no pride of ownership or care for their guest's comfort. The furniture is beat up and could use paint. Paint is coming off our bathroom wall in large chunks....

This place should not be in business. It's disgusting. Our vehicle broke down, so we were stuck in Payson overnight on a Saturday night. The first room they checked us into had not been cleaned at...

I was able to check in early. The room was clean and had anything that I needed plus, they also have breakfast with waffles, for example in the morning.p

This place surprised me for the value and cleanness. Room are updated and also has window to open up to get freash air. Great service and breakfast has fresh fruits and good coffee. Thank you.
