Management thinks they are the king and queen of the park instead of the other way around. They are very rude and forget they should be there to serve you not the other way around. I will never go...

We made a reservation here for 2 nights. They don't accept credit cards but said they would hold it. We called just before we arrived to see when check in time was and were told they were "full"....
