Established in 1982, Sunrise Health and Hospice is a full-service home-care agency providing care and health services at home to help the elderly and disabled. Based in Gilbert, Ariz., the agency s area of operation covers the greater Maricopa County. The agency offers various home health care services, such as skilled nursing care, speech therapy, wound care, physical therapy, occupational therapy, dietary evaluations, medical social work, home health aides, home medical equipment, oxygen therapy, pharmacy services and education/training.
