Sundial Courtyard of Carefree, Construction began 1969 and finished building in 1970. Sundial courtyard originally was Wells Fargo Bank and 28 professional offices on an acre lot located at 11 sundial circle in carefree, AZ 85377. family owned and operated the Gelbron family has maintained and developed the property over the years. Victor Gelbron the only surviving Family member has begun the development of Restaurant space on the Easy Street, Sundial circle, and Sunshine Way street frontages
