Every so often, I do something out of character, going to Walmart's and then stopping here for lunch is a good example. Mind you, there is an old Yelp expression I like. It goes like this......

This place sucks. Not too mention the whole idea of customer service has flown out the window. I'm specifically referring to the gilbert road and riggs and gilbert road and ocotillo locations....

I was having trouble using the Subway app. Samual was at the counter and helped me figure it out so I could get the footlong Tuna sub for $6.99. What a nice guy and he makes a great sandwich!

We ordered our food before heading to the location and we had a 20 minute drive, got to the location and the app said our order was ready so we went to pick them up just to find out they were not...

After 178 visits to this location over the past 4plus years I've got to say this Subway improved drastically from what I would previously scored as a 1 star to a 3, mostly for the corporate-wide...
