Steady decline since opening almost a decade ago, but still a convenient option inside Wal-Mart. Moved away, so I can't speak for recent experience. But don't expect too much, no one does...

7 days in a row no popcorn. Personnel seem to not care. Lots of cell phone use by employees. Slow to respond to customers at counter.
