We opened Studio Fringe when we relocated to the area from North Scottsdale. The business is run by Belinda and Hayley. Belinda apprenticed in England when she was 16 and has worked in and many owned different salons in her time. Hayley trained and did her apprenticeship here in Arizona. Both Hayley and Belinda have active and current cosmetology licenses and participate in continuing education so that they can be up on the latest trends. They specialize in all aspects of women's cuts, colors, and styling.
