The staff at this location is always kind and helpful. They are apologetic when orders are not prepared properly and will ALWAYS offer to make it right (i.e. make it over or offer a refund)....

This is the slowest Starbucks in human history. I got trapped in the drive through for 35 minutes. Go to Dutch next door.
