Requested a water in the Arizona heat and they told me I had to make a purchase and they can't give out "free water"... I spend money here all the time, what business can't provide a simple water?

So we came here at 5:45pm on a Saturday night and the app said they were open until 10pm. They had signs saying that the lobby was closed. So disappointing.

Starbucks is Starbucks. Drinks are consistent and they are able to customize it. Employees are friendly and able to make drinks relatively quickly because it was slow time.
