History

We started our business here at Square Root Burger on July 4 of 2018, where two farmers and a cook got together to create a unique farm to table veggie burger food truck. We have a vision of bringing farm fresh produce to to the kitchen and getting a product out to the public that is as fresh as it comes off the farm. We feel that vegetarian items have a tendency to be overcooked and bland and would like to change the stereo type that is affiliated with vegetarian food. Here is where we were able to come up with a delicious tasting veggie burger full of flavor and a vegetarian menu that does just that. We hope you enjoy :)

We at Square Root Burger pride ourselves on bringing to you a farm fresh veggie burger that is unique and delicious. As a food truck we provide a quick healthy plant based diet for both vegans, vegetarians and health conscious individuals. We cater to all foodies, even meat eaters will find our menu items appealing with a veggie patty that bleeds. Our Veggie patties are made up of a mixture of farm fresh beets, carrots and chard topped with regionally inspired flavors from all over, lastly put together with 100% organic whole wheat focaccia bread made in house. Ask for it smothered for a gluten free option!
