I love these ladies. I was a regular there doing 2 classes a week then stopped for a spine surgery (actually had 2). I went back to SOAR in April doing a private once a week to get my body moving....

Studio has a cabin feel and staff is very friendly. Classes are challenging and fun. They also have so many cute Pilates socks and merch! This is an awesome studio.
