It really does matter where you get your diagnostic medical imaging. Many patients never have a chance to meet their radiologist but these specialty physicians play a very important role on your healthcare team.

I would take this issue directly to SMiL, but there is no way for me to find and contact the correct person from their patient portal (which also needs a serious UX overhaul.) My MRI done at SMIL...
