Smart & Final Extra!

Just some kudos to Smart and final. Bought some groceries. Cart filled up. I paid. Damn, I forgot an item. Set my cart at the door. Came back 1 minute later and cart gone. Huh ? Told manager....

Customer service is horrible. Majority of the employees seem to hate their job or maybe they just don't have proper customer service skills Parking lot and front of store always has trash.

Great store. The staff is great, the store is clean and the isles are organized so one can easily find what they want quickly.
