I can't judge the breakfast long term, the 2 I had from Deborah were good. The remainder from fill in cook were so-so. Clayton had a medical emergency so he & Deborah were gone after that. But...

A quiet place with nice rooms and extremely reasonable rates. Owners are very involved and responsive.
