I had my doctor's order for the Dexa scan. I sent it to SimonMed in Buckeye after I scheduled the appt. I filled in the online forms ahead of time. I arrived at the facility 15 minutes early....

Don't do their online ppwrk. Took 20 min to complete and didn't even save. Had to do it all again when I arrived. Office phone number just rings and rings. Never goes to voicemail. Just tells you...
