O stars. The manicurist was SO rude and ill-mannered. She does not know how to treat customers and I think she forgets that we are PAYING her for the work she does. I didn't even get my nails done...

The haircutter pulled my hair at least 10 times. Like the earlier complaint here, they were surly on the phone to me.
