Dr. Yong Lee earned his medical degree at the University of Maryland School of Medicine in Baltimore. After finishing his internship in internal medicine at George Washington University Medical Center in Washington, DC, he went on to complete the world-renowned psychiatry residency program at The Johns Hopkins Hospital. Dr. Lee is board-certified in psychiatry. Highly respected in his field, he has been recognized with several awards for his integrity, timeliness, and compassion for patients. He has over 25 years of advanced mental health treatment experience. Dr. Lee is passionate about helping his patients overcome complex disorders and achieve their potential. He enjoys making his patients feel welcome and hopeful about positive changes. Dr. Winona Belmonte earned her medical degree from the University of the East Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Medical Center in Quezon City, Philippines. She completed her residency at the University of Virginia School of Medicine in Charlottesville, specializing in psychiatric medicine. She went on to complete a fellowship in geriatric psychiatry and became board-certified in psychiatry. Dr. Belmonte has more than 20 years of clinical experience. She believes in educating her patients about their medical and psychiatric illnesses, allowing them to connect and collaborate with her on developing the best treatment plan. She has a passion for addressing patients with severe mental illness who have not had success with traditional treatments.
