Do not use this company. A simple rear end claim has taken 11 months and have not received settlement. Total incompetence by Jacob R. Worse customer service in my life! Stay away!

Dairyland insurance refuses to pay, makes ridiculous excuses. One of their clients totaled my parked car. A guy named Carlos who is in charge of my claim is never to be reached. Never calls back....
