Although Electrophysiology (Heart Rhythm Specialist) is a highly technical area of medicine, listening carefully to the patient is where excellent care begins. Careful understanding of the patient's concerns, level of understanding, and expectations is key to providing the education necessary for successful planning and then providing them the appropriate treatment.
