I am dedicated to helping my students cultivate a deeper connection with themselves and the world. Kundalini Yoga surrounded by the nature of Sedona. I am Sedona's resident. I am a certified Kundalini Instructor since 2013. I also practice as a certified hypnotherapist. I am Specialized in PTSD, Forensic Psychology & Peak Performance. I have an honorary Doctorate in Philosophy in Pastoral Psychology. It is my honor to work with people from around the world in their self-discovery of awareness & health.
