History
Sedona Art Hikes was awarded their Outfitters and Hiking permit by the Red Rock Ranger District in Sedona in 2016 and started doing business in January 2017. The customer's experience has been improved. We have streamlined the entire process of the art hike. It's a fairly seamless experience from booking your art hike online on our website to simply showing up at the trailhead ready to hike, paint, and have fun.
Specialties
Sedona Art Hikes is U. S. Forest Service permitted to take folks out onto forest service trails to hike and paint. This is the only art business in Sedona that is permitted to do art hikes on the land. Sedona is known for its amazing beauty in red rock country. All art supplies and equipment are provided for your convenience. No prior art experience is required. Considered plein air painting, we paint what we see and feel. Media used is oil paints with no solvents.
