Terrible! Reported AC issue on 08/06/2024 and had appointment scheduled for 08/19/2024. Received a text message on 08/12/2024 that they had an opening on 08/12/2024 between 1 and 5, so I said yes....

I would give Sears Home Services no stars. Extremely high labor charges & didn't perform services that they charged for doing. I highly recommend that no one uses them. I have used them before...
