Had me buy an insurance policy before I was actually approved for the apartment. Of course I have a policy for an apartment that I don't rent. $250 down the drain......

I don't know why this apartment complex has such low ratings, I had a great experience living here! I had lived in two apartment complexes previous to this in Tucson, and both of them were trashy...

Totally avoid this place if possible. I lived here for almost 2 years and it was horrible. Crowd here is not attractive, crime increased significantly while I was here, and my car got broken into....
