Sami's Angels ABA Services

History

Samantha is the name of our daughter, and Sami's Angels ABA Services is named after her. Sami was diagnosed with autism at the age of 22 months in July 2016. We were inspired to help Sami and other children with autism, as well as their families, after learning of her diagnosis. We were living in Tucson at the time, and resources were scarce, so we relocated to Gilbert in search of more. The resources were more readily available, but the state-funded programs were of poor quality and insufficient in comparison to our kids' requirements and expectations. As a result, we decided to launch our own business; one that is unusual, original, and accessible!

Our company's fundamentals are family-oriented and personal, with the goal of providing high-quality services to all families in every situation. The most researched and widely used behavioral interventions for autism are applied behavior analysis (ABA) and therapies based on its principles. Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is a behavior therapy based on learning and behavior science. ABA treatment applies what we know about behavior to real-life settings. The goal is to encourage useful behaviors while reducing detrimental or learning-inhibiting behaviors. Positive reinforcement is one of the most common ABA methods.
