History

With over 30 years of practicing law in Arizona, I have experience in a broad variety of business and real estate related matters. My legal education included an emphasis in business, real estate and tax law, and I have an undergraduate degree in business administration.

I represent small to mid size business owners, real estate developers and investors. Specialties include contracts; all aspects of real estate development; real estate transactions; regulatory compliance; creation of LLCs, corporations and other entities; non-profit set-up and advice; and estate planning. (My emphasis is transactions; I do not do litigation.)
