Got my driver side windshield sprayer fixed. The mechanic said "the guy who replaced the windshield pinched the sprayer hose in the process!" So, dropping the rating. No remote service, no post...

Had appt for windshield replacement. I waited four and a half hours for it to be completed. Horrible place. Complaints to 'manager' didn't help. Complaints to national 'customer care hotline'...
