My washer died. The diagnoses was made, part ordered and ordered rapidly. The technicians were great, and the entire contacts I had with everyone was terrific. Very pleasant and efficient.

The technician was ok but they promised 1 week to get the parts but it took 2 1/2 weeks to get the parts, and they don't call you why the delay. You have to call them to follow up.
