Founded in 1998, RRF Limited Partnership owns and operates more than five hotels and provides a range of management services. It is managed by InnSuites Hospitality Trust, which is an unincorporated real estate investment trust that employs a work force of more than 400 people. It also owns InnSuites Hotels, formerly known as Realty Hotel Lessee Corporation, is a wholly owned subsidiary that maintains operations in Arizona, New Mexico and Southern California. InnSuites Hotels facilities include more than 800 suites that feature as microwave ovens, refrigerators, flat-screen televisions, high-speed Internet access and coffee makers. Its facilities also offer complimentary breakfast.
