SpecialtiesDear Public, I am a Forensic Provider for the Maricopa County Superior Court. I am appointed to active court cases by a Judge and the Court is my true client. My work is reviewed thoroughly in a Court of Law and used as a part of a complete assessment to determine the best interest of children. The Court makes a ruling based on information from sources such as Law Enforcement, Probation, Dept of Child Services and Psychological/Psychiatric evaluations in addition to testimony when there is a trial. Unfortunately, because the Judges cannot be attacked for the final outcome, many of the forensic specialists on the case fall victim to a campaign of rage and anger. Frequently, one party is dissatisfied and very disappointed with the final ruling of the Court. A forensic specialist job is only to ensure that the best interest of the child is being served by providing the court with a piece of the puzzle. The true determination of the quality of our work is found in our contribution to the well being of the children for whom we work.
