Founded in 1993, Alliance Defense Fund is a legal alliance for advocates to lecture through strategy, training, funding and litigation. The organization is a legal ministry that provides regular, extensive, and top-level training through an accredited academy program. It helps practicing attorneys to defend and reclaim religious freedom, the sanctity of human life and traditional family values. Alliance Defense Fund also has funding departments that funds for cases and legal projects to help win back the justice system and to restore religious liberty. The organization also has a strategy department that works on coordinating the alliances. It also has an internal mentoring program that provides training to the attorneys to litigate the crucial cases. Alliance Defense Fund works in alliance with more than 125 ministries and organizations. It is headquartered in Scottsdale, Ariz.
