Pros: - Great view of the mountain if you face north on 2nd floor. Really the selling point - Relatively quiet, but this will depend on your neighbors - All windows and balcony doors were updated...

These apartments are run by scam artists who nickel and dime, and only care about their bottom dollar. Be aware before you apply for an apartment here- you'll end up paying a lot more each month...
