Open Tuesday - Saturday. Kitchen open 11AM - 9PM, Bar open until 10PM. Large 6,000 sq.ft. restaurant constructed around one of Payson's original houses on Main St. built in 1925. Large patio, dog friendly, and music on patio most Friday nights. Property sits on 1 acre in the heart of Payson.

Rim Country Barbecue - Where's the Smoke? Can't say we were impressed -- or even mildly entertained -- by this place. We got the sample platter, and the only thing worth chewing was the sausage....

Love the back patio with the river in the back. Nice and relaxing. The club sandwich was delicious. The sweet potato fries were a little soft and oily, but still tasted good. Friendly service
