Most of part is good and useable, neighbors are nice! Maintenance staff very efficient! Be careful about pipe inside wall leaking, mold, old equipment and be tolerant to communication.

Month 2 into a lease don't do it unless you want someone to speak to you RUDE and lie so they can nickel and dime you to death with fees.
