Our space features 2 concepts: Rewind specializes in cereal-infused ice cream made with an aeronautic steel drill, turning it into a super creamy blend of perfection. MatchaDaze is a matcha-centric cafe serving premium quality matcha from Japan along with layered drinks that are beautiful to look at and tasty to sip, with boba add-ons. With Rewind, our guests are able to drill their favorite childhood cereals such as Fruity Pebbles, Cinnamon Toast Crunch or Oreos mixed together with super premium 16% butter fat ice cream and topped off with graham cracker crumbs, gummy bears, chocolate or caramel drizzle and teddy grahams among others! With MatchaDaze featuring layered drinks with Matcha and without, we showcase our MatchaCoffee - layered with cold brew coffee, milk, and matcha.
