Very clean facility, easy to make appts or walk in. Staff at Gainey village location are friendly and helpful. The Cryotherapy chamber is almost on a walk in basis because max time in is 3 minutes.

The place is very clean. I love the privacy of the spas. The staff was friendly and very informative. Prices are reasonable. They also have good business hours.
