I had an issue with our restaurant deep fryer. I called my usual service guy and he said the soonest he could come out would be tomorrow afternoon. Can you imagine... no egg rolls, no shrimp...

we used them for service a few times seem honest our steam oven broke down came in took it , i trust them everything seem okay... they offer to us a used oven some 20 years old with a broken timer...
