Andrew and the rest of this group are not responsive. They don't return calls, they don't show up for meetings. This experience of mine has happened multiple times over 4 years. We are leaving....

Non responsive, poor follow up, no longer provide options for the best coverage based on your situation. Unfortunate, service was great years ago.
