Rented over the phone. When unit was dirty with mice / rat droppings we asked to change units. We were told that we would loose the Admin. fee and the promotional rate.

Don't go here. We have had 4 dead mice in our unit and 1 alive mouse run out of a box once we got in out house. Clearly they do nothing to prevent rodent activity. Many items ruined will cost...
