Be careful when you ask for appointment, they don't tell you how much is the appointment if you have insurance, but they do tell you if you don't have insurance is $80.00 and then you got a bill...

Had an appointment today at 10:40 it is 11:20 and I still haven't been seen. Office policy is if your 15 min late they'll have to reschedule you and also charge you.
